Hello,

I've found two mentions of "summery" in fra-eng and replaced both with
"summary" because they didn't really fit with the other words listed as
translations. I used 'dictzip' to extract the files from the un-tarred
tarball, edited the .dict file, and I'm not exactly sure what to do from
here. The old tar's name was "fra-eng-20030508.tar.gz". It looks like a
timestamp in there, so should I update the timestamp in the process of
fixing the dictionary? Also, what "size" and "start", etc. options
should I use to recompress the .dict file? I'll set my branch for
merging in the meantime.

** Summary changed:

- typo -> wrong translation
+ wrong translation (typo) in dictionary "fra-eng"
