There is no audio when using a PixelView PlayTV USB Hybrid (1554:5010)
device for watching analog TV channels in tvtime. This device is
supported by the cx231xx driver. The problem can be fixed by adding a
check for cx231xx in audiolib.c (please see the attached patch).
