I run Ubuntu 11.10 on a Thinkpad T61p with NVIDIA graphics. I use the
Ubuntu standard driver.
Any attempts to active sleep or hibernation mode fails. The PC will not
enter sleep or hibernation but freezes. The only way to continue is to
use the power button to shut down and restart the system again.
