Your Livebox has nothing else than SMB (Wiindows printer sharing activated), no IPP, no LPD, no JetDirect/AppSocket. So go to
http://192.168.1.1/ or https://192.168.1.1/ and go to the part for configuring the print server functionality. Activate all available protocols (IPP. SMB, LPD, JetDirect/AppSocket, SNMP , ...).
