Hi Evan, I don't have a touch screen/wacom, just your average four-year-old laptop touchpad. I just checked (from unity2d) in ccsm and saw that the MT grab handles are disabled. I also reverted all settings in the unity plugin (autohide, backlight, icon size) to their defaults, but I still get the same problem upon login. I also tried to log in to a guest account with Unity3d; that works just fine. I'll fiddle around a bit and see if I can find out anything else.
