I can confirm this bug. You can also reproduce it by changing the path to your owa exchange box so that you need to retype your password at next evolution start. I guess the problem is that mail-notification does not "know" about the passwort change request and tries to access the box while ending in a kind of loop.
I managed to work around by just killing the mail-notifation process(es), that might be better for you, too. There is already an upstream bug report, see: https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?18427 Can somebody check if this issue is still open in gutsy? ** Changed in: mail-notification (Ubuntu) Status: Unconfirmed => Confirmed ** Also affects: mail-notification (upstream) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- evolution password dialogbox doesn't get focus when using mail-notification-evolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/113281 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
