Public bug reported:
When starting xchat, it keeps connecting for a long time, then prints:
* Connection failed. Error: Connection timed out
then:
* Cycling to next server in FreeNode...
then:
* Disconnected ().
and it happens every time I start it. I connect to the freenode server
on: irc.freenode.com/6667
