Granted, the error message is horribly misleading, but the problem is
that you need to have a comma between the Depends: fields.
I am setting the Status of this bug report to Invalid, but it's open for
debate whether this should in fact be a bug about the misleading error
message. If you don't mind, I would suggest marking this as a duplicate
of bug #85574 and extending the scope of that bug report to more
generally provide useful error messages in response to common user
errors.
