In Ubuntu, org.freedesktop.Notifications is for creating notification
bubbles, not alerts. Alerts are used only as a fallback when the
application has not bothered to check the features of the notification
system. If you want an alert box, use GtkDialog or equivalent: that way
you can specify not just the buttons, but the title and the icon as
well.
