According to the upstream report, it should be available since the 14th of 
April. So you'd need a Oneiric or Precise package.
Note: the package is renamed to networkmanagement: 
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/networkmanagement

It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported
Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload
the updated logs by running apport-collect 775625 and any other logs
that are relevant for this particular issue.
