Public bug reported:
When running a VM with Oneiric and/or Precise, the VM is not terminated
when doing a 'shutdown' from the O/S. The KVM process remains lingering
and a "virsh destroy {ID}" needs to be issued to get rid of the VM.
This existed on Oneiric and is still present in Precise. When running
older releases up to Natty, this situation does not happen.
The ubuntu-bug command was executed with the lingering kvm process
present.
