Public bug reported:
The version currently packaged with Ubuntu was released in 2010. There have
been two releases since, the current one (0.59) in December last year.
It would be great if an up-to-date version could be packaged with Ubuntu.
There's an up-to-date package in Debian Wheezy and Sid:
