Steps to reproduce:

1. Open myunity
2. select the Theme tab
3. change the icons (the icons change, etc, etc, automagically)

Now there is no visible way of returning to the original Ubuntu icons.
Furthermore, the only way to look for it is to try each theme (just
selecting it does the trick, *even* if you are just trying to scroll
down with the mouse)
