I updated the headers of the patches, to get rid of empty, non mandatory tags
you added and the comments.
Could you please send all the changes you made to Debian and Upstream
too? We derived a lot from Debian, and I don't feel confortable to have
all that patches only in Ubuntu (I was thinking about rejecting ubuntu9
because of that).
Also, as it seems you have a special interest in that package, you could
speak to the Debian maintainer to help him maintain it there.
