First, thank you for your attention! I will post the apport-collect 965254 output when is done. I want to share what I've tried. First suspect the iwl3945 firmware, because in logs was only errors and warnings about iwl3945. Test with the old kernel from Ubuntu 11.04. then the new from 12.04, then full upgrade to 12.04 (distribution upgrade) recently been test with Linux 3.3.0-030300-generic from mainline. Now I think, the problem is with graphical environment, because in gome fallback works fine, but don't know name of exact package. Will watch for lock, to colect info. Thanks!
