I think it is not a complete duplicate of bug 963093, I do not have Flickering
and corruption on Unity UI elements.
Only a white line from top to bottom. (and no animation on move hover, someone
mention that in the comment of the other bug but I'm not sure of that is a
bug) I did a unity --reset and the line is still there.
Maybe it's related but I'm not sure.
