Public bug reported:

To reproduce, simply start syncing some files on Ubuntu One (in my case,
I downloaded some PDFs into a synced folder). The progress bar on the
Ubuntu One Unity launcher icon will fill up, but once it's full it
doesn't go away.

As a workaround, the bar will go away if you then click on the icon to
open the Ubuntu One control panel, but it should be able to go away on
its own.
