Moving to wxwidgets2.8 and setting as incomplete for now.
WxWidgets won't get updated to a new upstream version in Ubuntu 11.10. If you
have specific fixes you'd like to see included though, that may be possible.

process.
In Precise, WxWidgets is already at version 2.8.12.
