Hi dennis
I did not intentionally "try to play an audio (wav) file".
I was trying out my email at AOL on Firefox.
I signed in and browsed to AOL email and then a window appeared about
the Totem crash.
I just followed the instruction to report it.
I hope this info helps.
I was on a Live CD when it occurred, I,m now back on os x.
