more detail what you were doing when you were getting this error
message, and what your setup looks like? The information automatically
attached to this bug by apport are about jffnms, not vpnc.
I suppose you were trying to establish a VPN connection using the vpnc
plugin for network-manager. The error message sounds as if your VPN
configuration details are incomplete. Have you been able to correct this
problem in the meantime?
