this is expected behavior, the ubuntu tech board forbids to put any tool
that automatically enables PPAs into our images so teh decision was made
to move the PVR drivers for the panda (which were only released by TI
very recently) into multiverse and add a jockey hook for them. for the
codec installation from the PPA we will have to add documentation into
the wikipage. while this bug qualifies as invalid for the software
channel package i will add a wishlist task for jockey.
