Sorry for my delay. We must know your hardware. To do it we can use a
command line. To learn some about how you can use the ubuntu command
line you can see this:

https://help.ubuntu.com/7.04/basic-commands/C/

Now to do the command we need you can be found a terminal at:

Applications > Accessories > Terminal

Now you have a shell open and you can digit in:

lspci -v

return, post the result. After you have done it you can do (in the same
terminal):

iwconfig

return, post the result. Thanks
