edubuntu usb live - 20120330 precise daily -
I use a picture located in my destop directory to set my screen background. If
I remove the picture from the desktop itself, I have no background at next
reboot.
N.B. I did the same in ubuntu 11.10 environment and my background is kept on
also if I remove the picture.
