Public bug reported:
Typing anything into Quick filter does not filter results, with the All
section selected, and any character past one will make the box yellow
(signifying there are no results).
ie. typing in "lib" will not filter any results though there are many
libs, or "2ping" with the first package being 2ping will not filter
results.
