NO,
it was happening only once in this conditions:
I had a saved virtual machine and trying to start it headless.
It gave an error and then when I tried to start it again (normal - not 
headless) the whole system crashed.

Now I tried to reproduce it but I've deleted that certain machine and 
with another machine I just cannot crash it anymore :)
