I've since changed jobs and am back in a Windows-only shop. As a result, I'm no longer running Ubuntu (or any flavour of Linux). After the experiences with Natty and the flaky Unity interface, I'm not sure if I'd immediately return even if the work environment were right. (The time constant in getting bugs looked at is clearly also an issue!)
