Hi Ubuntu :o)

I have create the same problem in Ubuntu 12.04 (Beta2).

I installed Ubuntu with Danish language. But in login screen I cannot choose to
login with "Engligh" languge.
So I logged in using danish language, went to "system settings" and "language
support".

See image (marked "1") - Lauguage window shown.
Here I drag "English" onto to "Danish".
See image (marked "2") - Lauguage window shown.
Note English at top, but Dansk (Danish) is second.
But just 2 seconds after dragging English on top of Danish, the crash dialog
appears.
Hope this input helps.
