Hello Christopher , thank you for taking time to investigate about my report. I'm afraid i cannot perform any tests by now, for I have sold my Asus EEEBOX to replace it with a netbook some weeks ago, ALL i can say is that the issue i've described above was present in all Ubuntu10.10 and derivates ; unfortunately i could not try any later development release of Ubuntu. It is still a mystery the reason why such screen resolution in the nvidia driver control panel was interfering with the wifi link latency and steadiness. I'm sorry for being not of any help regarding this problem and i hope somebody owning the same net-top could check that out for providing more information.
