libreoffice-calc cannot depend on libreoffice-base as that would pull in
a lot of other stuff including for example java (And that again is
prohibitive because of install size media concerns). If you want to use
LibreOffice you need to do a: apt-get install libreoffice to get a
complete libreoffice.
