Hi, this bug was triggered and handled automatically by apport. If I remember well there was nothing visible when the bug triggered and I had no idea what went wrong in fact and what particular operation triggered it. I make update every time I boot this particular computer so I must run latest kernel and have not seen this bug anymore (at least it did not trigger automatically again). I have no idea how to reproduce it. So I guess it was and probably fixed by kernel updates.
