Binary package hint: mpg321
Audio preview of mp3s in nautilus makes frequent very short skips either
backwards or forwards (it's hard to tell which it is). In 20 seconds I
would typically expect to have heard several such skips. It's a bit like
the sound of a cd player trying to play a severely scratched audio cd.
