issue: unable to add parent directory of directories previously sync'd with
Ubuntu one.
- what should happen: directory is sync'd (maybe new sync absorbs previously
sync'd children dirs?)

sync'd children dirs?), or information is given advising how to resolve conflict
what happens: directory is not sync'd, no error or warning dialog is given
Steps to reproduce:
1) create nested directories, like ~/Pictures/tmpdir
2) right-click ~/Pictures/tmpdir and choose to synchronize the directory
3) after ~/Pictures/tmpdir has sync'd, try to enable syncing on ~/Pictures
