I contacted the Author of Rachana Font. He said that he will realease a font shortly by removing the non-free glyphs. And he said that those are not arial Glyphs. He took some sans glyphs ( he is not remebering about the name or license of the font) and Modified glyphs. We will release a new version without using English Glyphs.
