It seems rather odd for this alert to be part of USC. What if a third-
party repository has a package that is initially good quality, but then
an update to the package is of bad quality? USC would happily install
the initial version because it isn't bad, and then Update Manager would
happily update to the bad version because Update Manager doesn't do the
checking.
Anyway, that's a bit of a side issue for this bug. The Details box
should be larger, and making the alert resizable would make sense too.
