In Ubuntu Gutsy, the package python-tagpy depends on an old version of
libboost-python, which is not in Gutsy repositories anymore. An update
would be to simply bump the dependency to a newer version or change
versioning of libboost-python to have a package without a version in its
name, thus making it possible for python-tagpy to depend just on
libboost-python, not on libboost-python1.33 or so.
