I'm so glad to help Ubuntu to get better. I cannot do less than this. Unfortunately, I cannot reinstall de system because It's a production desktop (It's working so nice with the propietary driver). Hereby, Could I try it from the live CD? Which one is the latest development release? This one? http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/12.04/beta-2/ Well, I'll try this one and I'll upload the result.
