Public bug reported:
When right clicking on the Unity menu there is no options. I am looking
for the option to "hide dock", granted this was not in 11.10 but in
12.04 the dock is forced open with autohide disabled. If we are going to
force the dock to always be visible the should at least be an option to
hide it if the user wants.
