Public bug reported:

I can't reproduce this, but it has happened twice in the last few days.
I send the laptop down to hibernation via gnome-power-manager and when
it comes back the kernel seems to find an exceptional condition and goes
on booting normally and thus I loose the session I left hibernated.

I'm attaching the 2 dmesg logs shortly.

This machine is the same as in bug #56765 and the kernel image is also
the same:

linux-image-2.6.17-6-686 2.6.17-6.18

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.17 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
