Yes, I can. But, first of all, it doesn't change the fact that, at least
in my opinion, the icon should be 'transparent' by default, the same way
as 'Dash Home' or 'Trash' are. And one may want to have it so without
changing backlight settings for all the launcher icons.

Second of all, this by no means solves the other issue I reported: the
'Show Desktop' icon cannot be moved anywhere from the top of the
launcher (even above Dash Home icon).

Anyway, thanks a lot for the interest. Hope some frutfull ideas will
come up soon in here.

Title:
The 'Show Desktop' launcher icon (enabled through MyUnity) doesn't
follow the transparency pattern, as 'Dash Home', 'Workspace Switcher'
or 'Trash' launcher icons do, and it cannot be moved from the top of
  the launcher.
