The fault is exposed by the tree vectoriser. The work-around is to
compile with -fno-tree-vectorize or to drop down to -O2. I'll try to
reproduce it in the upstream branches.
I've set it to medium priority as it is a ftbfs, has a work around, and
occurs at high optimisation levels.
