the problem,
1. Plug USB broadband modem into USB port

1. Plasma network manager widget doesn't show the mobile broadband device, so
I'm unable to connect with it
2. Device notifier doesn't notify me about new CD
The same behaviour can be observed in Gnome's nm-applett. I've tried two
different modems and almost all available USB ports to no avail.
