txamqp review:
* no CVE history
* no sudo fragments, dbus services, setuid binaries, initscripts or daemons
* lintian clean
* has a test suite ('trial ./src/txamqp/test' seems to work fine)
* build logs are clean
* build depends are all in main
* code seems well written
* while the package is only in Ubuntu, it is supported by the server team and
with upstream employed by Canonical
Since this was coordinated with my team for pre-promotion and it is
already in main, marking as Fix Released.
