Public bug reported:
I went to run the glance command line client on one of my machines, but
it wasn't installed. I got:
$ glance index
'The program 'glance' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install glance-common
However, glance-common was installed. It turns out that the glance
command line client is in the glance-client package. Can you please
update the package recommender?
