I'm not sure where the bug is actually... in exo, the # is rejected by g_shell_parse_argv() (which is the one responsible for the error message), but this seems normal. So instead I'll patch xfce4-terminal not to add # when there's no anchor/id after that.
The "error: no running window found" message comes from firefox and is harmless. ** Patch added: "xubuntu_fix-invalid-anchor.patch" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/exo/+bug/964483/+attachment/3010081/+files/xubuntu_fix-invalid-anchor.patch ** Package changed: exo (Ubuntu) => xfce4-terminal (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: xfce4-terminal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: xfce4-terminal (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/964483 Title: Terminal help is inaccessible To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-terminal/+bug/964483/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
