I'm not sure where the bug is actually... in exo, the # is rejected by
g_shell_parse_argv() (which is the one responsible for the error
message), but this seems normal. So instead I'll patch xfce4-terminal
not to add # when there's no anchor/id after that.

The "error: no running window found" message comes from firefox and is
harmless.
