Public bug reported:
The update 2.5 hours ago (1:0.9.7.4-0ubuntu1) has resulted in all window
decoration vanishing from all windows, and the touchpad doesn't work (mouse
does).
.xsession-errors shows nothing relevant.
/var/log/Xorg.0.log shows nothing relevant.
I had to use "metacity --replace" in order to file this bug report (touch pad
works again).
