Privacy is made to avoid that anyone who has access to your computer is able to
see very private files.
In the actual implementation, when you get access to someone's computer,
privacy makes it very easy to know if someone has private files. You don't even
have to search the dash or search the home directory but you just have to open
"privacy" and watch what files the user prevented to be logged in.
To be well implemented, access to "privacy" should be locked by user password.
