Bluetooth on the HP mini 110-3000.

This is on Ubuntu 11.04. The system does recognize that a bluetooth
module is installed, but is unable to see visable bluetooth devices.
Because of this, it is impossible to actually pair anything with the
machine. This is a HP Mini 110-3000 CTO.
