-installed http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.4-rc1-precise/linux-image-3.4.0-030400rc1-generic_3.4.0-030400rc1.201203312035_i386.deb -rebooted with 3.4 Problem is still the same.
