Did a new install with a x-precise-64 of 5 Apr on a Lenovo ideapad-Y530 with 64bit intel processor:
Suspend starts but leaves a faded screen in place allowing only a power off to accomplish anything Hibernation as above is not allowed (I did not try forcing it by executing via sudo pm-hibernate, but that probably will work) ergo: KEEP THIS BUG OPEN. I will keep checking this on both notebooks: AMD-Acer-Aspire-one722 and INTEL-Lenovo-Ideapad-Y530 weekly. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/964158 Title: xbubuntu beta: suspend+hibernate not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/964158/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
