Martin, while looking through recent Ubuntu bugs, I saw how many dupes
there are of this, basically generated by network failures of one kind
or another.  So far, I've seen piles and piles of unconfirmed reports,
with one user listed affected.  They really look like they need duping.
I don't know anything about when a bug has too many dupes, as you're
talking about.  I'm duping them to here.  Let me know if there's
something else you think ought to be done.  Thanks.
